I went to Emi's house today, we went to the Co-op and got some ingredients for the brownies and then made our way back to her house.
We made the most delicious brownies I have EVER tasted.
They are seriously gorgeous, they just melt on your tongue.

We also played The Sims 2, had a good old natter, had pizza, popcorn chicken and melon for lunch and just chilled all afternoon with a nice cold glass of Pina Colada.
It was Beautiful.

I do love that girl lots =]

The Harry Potter Challenge: Day 1

Your Favourite of the 7 books?

I think my favourite book has to be Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince.
I read it within just a few days.
I got so engulfed in it and I just couldn't put it down.
It was so emotional, yet funny, and so brilliantly written as always.
The magic was getting darker, more truths were coming out and the story was really progressing.

It was a phenomenal book.

Happy 15th Birthday to my little brother, Mark.

It's his birthday today.

He's currently doing work experience with Mum at British Gas.
He had a half day today, and came home at 12:30pm, he seems to be enjoying it.

I bought him the Ashes Cricket Series from 2010/2011, some Maltesers and the Chelsea Season Review from when they won the double =]
He loves them.
I'm so pleased.

We had a buffet and some birthday cake later.
He's having a lovely day =]

I bought him True Romance on BluRay, Superbikes 2010 for the Xbox and some truffles.

He's having a lovely day so far.

We had cream cakes for lunch and then a mixed grill for dinner :)

I designed a Leicester City Google Logo.
It's terrible I know.
BUT, it's our day today!

LCFC News (Monday 27th June 2011)

Leicester City have today signed Neil Danns from Crystal Palace and our new Number 1, Kasper Schmeichel on a 3 year deal.
Very excited about all of this news, it's really cheered me up.

Also, Tsepo Masilela should be coming to us on loan soon, from South Africa.

Hopefully, we'll be signing Nugent and Maynard at some point too.
Especially Nugent.

Today, I finished reading One Day by David Nicholls.
A book has never made me laugh or cry this much, ever.
It was perfectly written, so funny, very emotional, very detailed and insanely moving.
I cried for an hour after I finished it.

10/10

Roll on August 26th.
I hope Anne Hathaway and Jim Sturgess can do the book justice with the movie.

I'm so much better when you're around...

For a moment, Dexter had a fleeting but, perfectly clear memory of himself at his Mother's funeral, curled up on the bathroom floor while Emma held on to him and stroked his hair.

Yet somehow he had managed to treat this as nothing, to throw it all away for dross.

He followed a little way behind her. "Come on, Em, we're still friends aren't we? I know i've been a little weird, it's just..."
She stopped for a moment, but didn't turn round, and he knew that she was crying.
"Emma?"

Then very quickly she turned, walked up to him and pulled his face to hers, her cheek warm and wet against his, speaking quickly and quietly in his ear, and for one bright moment he thought he was to be forgiven.

"Dexter, I love you so much, So, so much, and I probably always will."
Her lips touched his cheek.
"I just don't like you anymore. I'm sorry."

And then she was gone, and he found himself on the street, standing alone in this back alley, trying to imagine what he would possibly do next.

Finally allowed to sit back in the lounge after a pretty stressy day.

Managed to stretch cables and remodel things so that I don't have to sit in the hall on the floor until 8pm lol

I'm sitting (currently) on the floor in the hallway, on the laptop, writing this blog.
I can't sit in the lounge because we've got the laptop connected to the Router by Ethernet connection whilst we upgrade the internet with AOL, and the lead isn't long enough to stretch into the lounge...

It's cold, and lonely in the hallway. lol

Me: Pissy?
Dad: I loaded it, you shot it.

Mixed Up Week

What a week.
Some good, some bad, some ultra crap, and some excellent.

I GOT A JOB INTERVIEW AT BUSHLOE HIGH SCHOOL!!!
ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH =]

So, so excited.
It's for a Learning Support Assistant, whilst someone is on maternity leave, but still.
So excited it's unreal.
Next Wednesday (29th June) Hooray!

Leicester City have signed Lee Peltier from Huddersfield.

One down, a few more to go hopefully.

Maybe Kasper Schmeichel from Leeds if he decides he wants to come. 

It doesn't seem like Nicky Maynard will be coming.

But, hopefully there's a few others.

I feel so rough.
Hayfever, a bad ankle (God knows where that came from), headaches and tummy ache.

Going to Emi's on Thursday though, picnic and brownie baking, very excited :)
