It's called Tube Crush.
Basically, you take a picture and then upload the picture of a good looking guy to this site.
Write a little description, and let others rate it.
I personally think it's brilliant, if not a bit pervy, lol.
What boggles me, is HOW they manage to take these photos.
They're quite close to the people, as the tube isn't very wide, the guy must be able to see them doing it.

Unless they have like, a teeny weeny button hole camera.
