I'm not typically a poorly person..
I seem to miss out on colds and flu virus' usually.
I seem to miss out on colds and flu virus' usually.
But, when I get it, I tend to get it quite bad, just like my Mum.
The worst illness I tend to suffer with is laryngitis.
I'm prone to it, so I get it a lot more than anything else... but I learn to deal with it, as it's not a terrible illness to have to be honest. It just makes me cough, feel sore and lose my voice. There's worse illnesses out there.

But, over the last week, i've been really poorly with a trio of illnesses.
Last Sunday I got a "Mid year flu virus"... on Wednesday, a bout of laryngitis decided to join in the fun and then on Friday night, I got the most painful earache that i've ever had.
I went to the walk in medical centre on Saturday, sat for 2 hours before the Doctor saw me, and i've got an ear infection :(
I've got some antibiotics that I started taking on Saturday, and they seem to be doing ok, but they'll take a while to properly kick in apparently.

Unfortunately, today, I started to experience side effects... I've never had side effects from any tablet before, so I was quite shocked.
I was getting abdominal and stomach pains and then feeling really sick and nearly being sick aswell...
I haven't been physically sick since I was about 8 years old, and i'm 21 now... so it really shook me up.
I can't go to work, see my friends, job search outside or anything :(
Gutted.
Gutted.
Hopefully, I'll be on the mend soon though.
Thanks to everyone who has wished me well :)

Leeds United vs Leicester City (Saturday 28th April 2012)
Today's match sounded like a really good match.
Leicester were energetic, with a team that consisted of Schmeichel, Moore, St. Ledger, Morgan, Konchesky, Dyer, Drinkwater, Bamba, Marshall, Beckford, Waghorn.
With a sub bench, filled by Panayiotou, Nugent, Logan and Vassel.
Martin Waghorn scored his first goal since coming back (one match ago) from a leg injury in the 39th minute, taking the score to Leicester 1 - 0 Leeds at half time.
Unfortunately, completely against the run of play, Leeds scored in the 82nd minute with a goal from Webber.
Just when we thought it was all over, Harry Panayiotou, Leicester's 17 year old academy lad, scores a lovely goal on his debut for the first team, ending the match at 2 -1 to Leicester.
Even though the result means nothing, i'm seriously happy that we ended the season with a win.
Beating dirty Leeds is always a good thing, especially at Elland Road.
Plus, it's nice to see Leicester's two youngsters getting goals.
Sadly, yesterday we saw Steve Howard leave the club, after 4 years of solid loyalty.
He'll be missed, he was a brilliant player, but we need a clear out and unfortunately, he was a "ten minute man". We need a team who can play the full 90 minutes now, if we're going to have a shot at promotion next season.
3 months and counting until the season returns, and I cannot wait.
Hoping for a clear out of some "dead wood", hoping to have some new lads brought in.
Would like to see a striker, a midfielder and a center/left/right back brought in.

Roll on August!
